Business Plan 101
For The Past few weeks or more ;). I have been writing, editing and creating a business plan. I have such a strong Desire that The Lord has placed on my heart to establish a Family Business. The Business Plan is very tedious but extremely important. It is the foundation for my Visions, Dreams and Goals of Our Business and how I will turn it into a reality. I have also been spending time researching and exploring the industry. I am in the process of compiling a list of my Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. I have started defining my Values... Family is my Core Value. Learning What my Values are is an important step in order for me to align my decisions up with my goals in life and Business. I have also came across what is known as an "Accountability Group" Which I will Blog about in a separate post. I was able to create my own canvas style Vision Board. Which I am so excited about and will post pictures of everything that is going on over here.... As I delve more in depth about these topics I will post them individually.
